Turtle Mountain Community College is a private 2 year non-profit community college located in Belcourt, North Dakota.

Established in 1972, it is a tribal community college affiliated with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.

The college offers associate degree programs in a variety of fields, including business, education, social work, nursing, and science. It also offers certificate programs in areas such as accounting, early childhood education, and welding. In addition to academic programs, the college provides cultural activities, athletic programs, and student organizations for its students.

The mission of Turtle Mountain Community College (TMCC) is to provide a culturally relevant education that promotes life-long learning, leadership, and service. The college seeks to empower students to achieve their goals by offering high-quality academic programs, student-centered services, and a supportive learning environment while preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and other Native American communities

Turtle Mountain Community College is located right at the heart of the Turtle Mountains and is situated on a beautiful 36-acre wooded site that provides a peaceful and inspiring environment for learning and personal growth. It is located just ten miles from the Canada–US border in Turtle Mountain

The campus is home to a number of outdoor recreational spaces, including a walking path, a disc golf course, and a soccer field. The college also has a greenhouse and a community garden, where students can learn about sustainable agriculture and gardening practices.

TMCC also provides various student services and resources, such as academic advising, tutoring, career services, and student organizations.

TMCC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium.
