United Tribes Technical College is a private 2-year non-profit college located in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Founded in 1969, it is one of the first tribal colleges established in the United States.

UTTC offers certificates, associate degrees, applied science degrees, diplomas in fields such as nursing,binformation, criminal justice, technology, education, business, and environmental science. The college also offers bachelor’s degrees in elementary education, criminal justice, and business administration.

The mission of United Tribes Technical College is to provide educational opportunities to all students, regardless of their background or circumstances. The school aims to provide culturally relevant higher education opportunities to Native American students in order to promote self-determination, tribal nation building, and a positive future for Native American communities while also offering a supportive and culturally rich environment that fosters personal growth, community engagement, and leadership development.

UTTC’s campus is located on a 200-acre of land overlooking the Missouri River. The campus features modern facilities, including a state-of-the-art science and technology center, a nursing and health education center, and a student union.

The school also has a student housing complex, which provides safe, comfortable, and affordable housing for students.

The college also has an active athletic program, which includes men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball teams.
